Kilgwrrwg, a parish in Monmouthshire, 5 miles SE of Llandenny station on the Pontypool Road, Monmouth, and Ross branch of the G.W.R., and 6 NW of Chepstow, which is the post town. Acreage, 666; population, 92. The living is a rectory, united with that of Wolves Newton, in the diocese of Llandaff; gross value, a£235 with residence. Patrons^ the Bishop and Archdeacon of Llandaff alternately. The church is ancient. There is a chapel for Bible Christians.
