Draughton, a small village and a township in Skipton parish, in the W. R. Yorkshire, adjacent to the river Wharfe, 3 1/4 miles E by N of Skipton, and 2 from Bolton Abbey station on the M.R. Post town, Skipton; money order and telegraph office, Bolton Abbey. Acreage, 2501; population, 204. The Duke of Devonshire is lord of the manor. There is a Wesleyan chapel.
