Billingley, a village and a township in Darfield parish, in the W. R. Yorkshire, on the North Midland railway, near Darfield station, 6 1/2 miles ESE of Barnsley. Post town, Darfield. Acreage, 862; population, 195. There is a Methodist chapel.
