Description

Boulgea parish in Suffolk, 3 miles NNW of Woodbridge station on the G.E.R. Post town, Woodbridge; money order and telegraph office, Melton. Acreage, 545; population of the civil parish, 48 ; of the ecclesiastical, including Debach, 188. The living is a rectory, united with the rectory of Debach, in the diocese of Norwich; gross value, £236 with residence. The church is a small edifice of flint in the Early English style. Boulge Hall is a chief residence.
