Little Ness, Shropshire

Description
Ness, Little, a parish in Salop, 2 1/2 miles SW of Baschurch station on the G.W.R., and 7 1/2 NW of Shrewsbury. It contains the townships of Adcote and Milford, and its post town is Baschurch. Acreage, 1406; population, 284. The living is a perpetual curacy, annexed to the vicarage of Baschurch, in the diocese of Lichfield. The church is partly Norman, has a bell-gable, and contains an ancient font.
