Chathill, Northumberland

Description
Chathill, a township in Ellingham parish, Northumberland, on the North-Eastern railway, 8 1/4 miles N of Ainwick. It has a station on the railway and a head post office. Acreage, 437 ; population, 61. There is a handsome stone drinking fountain, erected in 1887 by Miss Baker Cresswell.
