Broxfield, a township in Embleton parish, Northumberland, 2 1/2 miles NNE of Alnwick, and 1/2 mile from Little Mill station on the N.E.R. The Duke of Northumberland is lord of the manor and sole landowner. Alnwick is the post, money order, and telegraph office. Acreage of township, 319; population, 20.
