Bebside, a township in Hornton parish, Northumberland, with a station on the Blyth and Tyne section of the N.E.R., 2 miles W of Blyth, and a post and money order office (R.S.O.); telegraph office, Bedlington. Acreage, 535; population, 78. There is a large colliery and three dissenting chapels.
