Description
Thorpe Malsor, a village and a parish in Northamptonshire, 2 1/2 miles WNW of Kettering station on the M.R. Post town and money order and telegraph office, Kettering. Acreage, 925; population, 141. The manor with Thorpe Hall belongs to the Maunsell family. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Peterborough; net value, £273 with residence. The church, which was restored in 1877, is an ancient building of stone in the Decorated style.
