Stanford, a parish, with a village, in Norfolk, 7 miles NE of Brandon station on the Ely and Thetford section of the G.E.R. Post town, Brandon; money order and telegraph office, Mnndford. The church is a building of flint in the Early English style, consisting of chancel, nave, aisles, S porch, and a circular western tower surmounted by an octagonal belfry.
