Rushall, a parish, with a small village, in Norfolk, 6 miles NE from Diss, and 2 S from Pulham St Mary station on the Waveney Valley section of the G.E.R. Post town, Scole; money order office, Dickleburgh; telegraph office, Pulham St Mary. Acreage, 1178; population, 199. The manor belongs to the Duke of Norfolk. Rushall Hall is now a farmhouse. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of Norwich; net value, £80 with residence. The church is an ancient building of flint in the Early English and Decorated styles; it was restored in 1878.
