Description
Scrafield, a parish in Lincolnshire, 3 1/2 miles E by S of Horncastle station on a branch of the G.N.R. Post town and money order and telegraph office, Horncastle. Acreage, 692; population, 38. The property, with the manor, belongs to the Coltman family. The living is a rectory, annexed to Hameringham, in the diocese of Lincoln. There is no church, but the old churchyard is still used for burials.
