Description
Wick, a village and a parish in Glamorgan, on the coast, 5 1/2 miles S of Bridgend, and 6 SW of Cowbridge. There is a post and money order office under Bridgend; telegraph office, Southerndown. Acreage, 1439; population, 327. There is a parish council consisting of five members. There is a brewery. The living is a vicarage, annexed to St Bride's Major. The church is ancient, and was restored in 1878.
