Description
Eaton-Constantine, a village and a parish in Salop, 1 1/2 mile N of Cressage station on the Severn Valley branch of the G.W.R., and 5 miles N by W of Much Wenlock. There is a post office under Ironbridge (R.S.O.); money order and telegraph office, Leighton. Acreage, 945 ; population,, 240. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Lichfield; gross value, £142 with residence. Patron, Lord Baruard. The church was rebuilt in 1841.
