Description
Croxton, a parish in Lincolnshire, on the Wolds, under Yarborough camp, adjacent to the M.S. & L.R., 1 1/2 miles SW from Brocklesby station, and 7 miles NE by E of Glan-ford Brigg. It has a post office under Brocklesby (S.O.); money order office, Ulceby village; telegraph office, Ulceby. Acreage, 1517; population, 96. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Lincoln; value, £200. Patron, the Lord Chancellor. The church, Early English, was restored in 1878.
