Description
Corhampton, a parish in Hants, 4 miles NE of Bishops-Waltham town and station on the L. & S.W.R. It has a post and money order office under Bishops-Waltham ; telegraph office, Droxford. Acreage, 1245; population of the civil parish, 119; of the ecclesiastical, 166. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of Winchester; value, £50 with residence. The church is Saxon, and is one of the oldest well-preserved churches in the world.
