Fifehead Neville, a parish in Dorsetshire, 2 1/2 miles SW of Sturminster town and 3 miles from Sturminster Newton station on the Somerset and Dorsetshire railway. Post town, Sturminster Newton under Blandford. Acreage, 1355 ; population of civil parish, 164; of the ecclesiastical, 102, The living is a rectory in the diocese of Salisbury; net value, £113 with residence. Patron, Lord Rivers. The church is very good, and there are charities.

Parish Church
The church of All Saints is a very small and ancient building of stone in the Italian style, and consists of chancel, nave, south porch and a western turret containing one bell: a new stained window was placed in the church in 1906 by Col. Salkeld to the memory of his ancestors : the church was restored in 1895 at a cost of about £200, and affords 90 sittings.

The register dates from the year 1573.
